My first day on Dren!

Today marks my first day of using Dren. I just took it about an hour ago and I am already starting to feel the effects. My weight has been fluctuating right around 140 lbs for a few weeks now, so I'm going to try using Dren to see if I can start burning more fat again - in addition to my regular fitness regimen.

I spent a couple of hours researching Dren online, including reading the reviews, and people seem to be raving about it so I'm excited to see if my body fat percentage will start to decrease. I still have a few more fat pounds that I would like to lose.

I am not one of those people to just take a fat-burning supplement without implementing a diet and exercise plan; I will be working out hard like I always do, but I'm just hoping the Dren will give me a little nudge that I seem to be needing right now.

I'm already noticing an increase in my energy levels and I feel like I should be working out right now, so I probably will soon. I wasn't able to workout my back on Friday like I normally would because I stubbed one of my toes and it hurt to put my shoes on. :(

Yep...sometimes I'm a clutz!

I will definitely keep you posted on any side effects I have or if I feel that Dren really does work. My thoughts right now are...so far so good!

How I got started...

I just gave birth to my 2nd baby boy earlier this year. I was never really into fitness until after I had him. I wanted to get back in shape yesterday! I did play soccer when I was younger, but I've never gotten into working out. I never looked into fitness and nutrition much at all. Now I'm realizing that I'm not getting any younger and my metabolism is going to start to slow one of these days if I don't start doing something about it. I'm getting past the age where I can eat whatever I want, not workout and still appear to be in great shape. I've had 2 babies now...it's time to start working on my body!

As soon as I got the okay from my doctor to start being active again, I immediately started doing research on fitness and eventually I put together my own workout routine. As of today, I am in my 9th straight week of working out. I am amazed that I am still going strong. A big resource for me has been Bodybuilding.com. They have so many articles related to fitness and nutrition, not to mention they are a huge superstore where you can purchase all kinds of fitness equipment and supplements.

I have managed to keep myself motivated for the past 9 weeks and I have started this blog to help others out with their fitness goals as well. :)
